Mio DigiWalker 168 was the first Pocket PC to have a GPS receiver and navigation software integrated into an all-in-one unit. Mio DigiWalker 168 runs on Windows Mobile 2003 for Pocket PC, utilizes an Intel XScale processor, and weighs in at a mere 147grams (5.2 ounces). The unit also offers 64MB of RAM and an SDIO-capable SD/MMC Card expansion slot. A 16-bit TFT LCD display with LED backlighting offers up to 65,536 colors to make for clear viewing indoors and out, while special hotkey buttons enable users to switch between GPS and Pocket PC applications with just one key press. With its sleek, ultra-light form factor, the Mio 168 integrated the features of a Pocket PC with the benefits of a GPS navigation system to create the ultimate PDA for its time.
